Sue Krause, RN, MEd, has over 30 years of experience in
health care. She has served as a senior manager of behavioral
health services in hospital and community systems in New York,
Massachusetts, Nevada, and California. She has provided consultation
to general hospitals, psychiatric facilities, agencies, and group
practices.
Caroline McKenney,
MBA, has over
15 years of experience providing hospital systems, group practices
and academic medical centers with consultation in health care
marketing, communications and customer satisfaction. She designs
cost effective communications strategies targeted to physicians,
health care professionals, consumers and payors.
Ben Thompson, LICSW, has over 20 years of clinical and
administrative experience in behavioral health. He has developed
primary care based services, quality improvement-utilization
models and directed behavioral health services in hospital systems,
group practices and managed care organizations. He maintains
an active clinical practice.
Joel A. Feinman, PhD, has extensive experience in clinical
and administrative process improvement. As the Director of Clinical
Improvement for a large group practice he has developed models
for improving clinical and administrative practice, created systems
for performance management and developed national guidelines
for primary care practices.
